4  Character:Colourless column crystal,odourless,slightly deliquescence relative density20.4,melting point 60,easily soluble in water,insolubl in ethanol.when heated to less100,soluble in crystalline water;when heated to 100,losing crystalline water,going on heatingand becming NaPO3.

5  Uses: It is used as buffer,characteristic improving agent,emulsification agent,nutritionalsupplement,antioxidizer brine penetrable agent,sugar clarifier,stabilizer,coagulant,fowldepilatony agent.

6  Packing:It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner,and a woven bag as the outer layer.The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

7  Storage and transport:It should be stored in a dry ,ventilative and clean warehouse;kept away from moisture and hor.Furthermore,it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
