4  Character:Colourless rhombic crystalline or prismatic crystal,easily soluble in water,insoluble inethanol,relative density1.63,melting point 34.6,when heated to 180,it may lose crystalwater,convert to anhydrous.

5  Uses:In food processing industry,it is used as agent for bake,prevent oxidizing,in dairyproduct,it is used as emulsifier,prevent albumen conaguation,In solid beverage,it is used as buffer,chelate agent,emulsifier.

6  Packing:It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner,and a woven bag as the outer layer.The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

7  Storage and transport:It should be stored in a dry ,ventilative and clean warehouse;kept away from moisture and hor.Furthermore,it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
